The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.
entertainment :
The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

Our 3 BR / 2 ½ bath Townhome has all the comforts of home while being located near all of the many attractions Florida has to offer. This Townhome provides 1,376 sq. ft of living space and can accommodate up to eight guests

This spacious two-story 3 bedroom Townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Unit offers living/dining area and spacious bedrooms with private baths (roman tub in master). The living room has a sofa, which has a pull out bed. There is also a patio area.

A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex. The private grounds feature an extensive tropical pool complex with two heated pools with lazy river, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks

Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.
