The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

sleeping :
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
general :
The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
entertainment :
The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

This fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Pool Home is located on the luxurious vacation resort of Emerald Island. This home offers its own private screened pool and is one of only two three bedroom villa (not a town house) on Emerald island Resort.

This Cape Sable model luxury family vacation home has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You may enjoy 1160 square feet under cool air conditioning, or head out onto the covered porch featuring your own PRIVATE POOL for a little time outside.

You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even an electric can opener. There is a washer, dryer, bath towels, bed linens, housekeeping small amenities, vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer. An alarm clock radio is provided, along with remote control cable TVs featuring free HBO, ESPN, and CNN.

Only a few steps away is our fabulous clubhouse, where you can take a dip in the community pool, work out in the fitness facility, check on your email at the Cyber Cafe, or order a refreshment at the Tiki Hut.
